Subscriptions
EdumaGix is a software service. Subscription fees cover the period paid for and are generally not refundable once the service has been activated.
Fees paid through EdumaGix
School fees that parents pay to an institution through EdumaGix are received by that institution. Refund requests for such fees must be made to the institution.
Payments made in error
If you were charged twice or in error, write to us within 7 days with the transaction details and we will review and refund it where applicable.
