Information we collect
When you request a demo, create an account or contact us, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, institution, phone number and email address. Institutions using EdumaGix store their own student, staff and financial records in the platform.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, set up and support your account, send service messages and improve EdumaGix. We do not sell personal information.
Institution data
Data entered by an institution belongs to that institution. We process it only to provide the service and keep it confidential, with access limited to authorised personnel.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information stored in EdumaGix.
